As the coronavirus pandemic continues to transform the ways we practice healthcare, at KKV we continue to answer the needs of our community. At the start of the pandemic, we opened our Na Koa clinic where we test, treat, and provide support to COVID-19 patients. Now that vaccines have been made readily available, one of the many needs of the community has come to include vaccine distribution. In March, we partnered with the Bank of Hawaii to bring COVID-19 vaccinations to our patients.

A long-time supporter of KKV, the Bank of Hawaii has made it possible for KKV to use the former bank building at 1960 North King Street to administer vaccinations to our patients every Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Bank employees have been volunteering their time and BOH has provided lunches for all KKV staff and volunteers. Mahalo! for their generosity and teamwork.

Currently, our vaccine clinic is open to KKV patients who are 18 years of age and older. If you are a KKV patient and are interested in getting vaccinated, you can do so by contacting your provider or calling our vaccine hotline (808)-791-9489.

We currently have two vaccination sites available for our patients:

Bank of Hawaii - Kalihi Branch (1960 N. King St) open: Saturdays 9:00am - 1:00pm

Gulick Elder Care (1846 Gulick Ave) open: Wednesdays & Fridays 1:00pm - 4:00pm
