KKV Board of Directors

Sandra Harvey is the 2020 President of the Board of Directors. She is a Vice President and Personal Trust Wealth Advisor with First Hawaiian Bank and holds Certified Financial Planner and Chartered Life Underwriter designations. Sandra has lived in Kalihi since 1987. She joined the Board in 2017.

Thomas Kusatsu is the Vice President & Treasurer of the Board of Directors.  Mr. Kusatsu is a Certified Public Accountant who graduated from Farrington High School and serves on the Board of the Kalihi YMCA. He joined KKV’s Board in 2013.

Vanessa Dacumos is the Secretary of the Board of Directors. She is a nursing student and medical assistant formerly employed at KKV. She is a current KKV patient residing in the Kūhio Park community, and joined the Board in 2018.

Pua Auyong is the former President of the Board of Directors. She is a Program Administrator with the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, focusing on diversity and underrepresented students in higher education.  A longtime resident of Kalihi Valley, she joined KKV’s Board in 2012.

Bryant de Venecia is the Communications Organizer at Unite Here! Local 5.

Karen Fox is a retired social worker and has served on the Board since 1979.

Edward Kemper is an attorney with Edward C. Kemper AAL, LLC. He has been on the KKV Board of Directors since 1973.

Rickey Murashige is a Master Tax Advisor with H&R Block and an Enrolled Agent authorized to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. He is retired from the health care industry, having worked as a Hospital Financial Analyst. He has been on the Board since 1990.

David Nakamoto is a social worker, retired from the Queen Lili‘uokalani Trust, and has served on the Board of Directors since 2002.

Paulina Robert is a Kalihi resident and a KKV patient. She has served on the Board of Directors since 2018.

Faith Kahale Saito was born and raised in Honolulu.  She has been employed at Honolulu Community College since 2012 as the Native Hawaiian Counselor.  She is passionate about serving her Native Hawaiian Community and lāhui.  Saito currently lives in Kalihi Valley with her husband and three keiki.
