In January, Roots said a hui hou to long-time staff member and friend Sarah Kunkel. Sarah wore many hats during her 13-years with Roots, such as evaluator, data manager, bookkeeper, office manager, cupcake chef and grants manager. Sarah played a huge role in developing our Roots Food Hub and financial and data systems to track dozens of farmers and hundreds of purchases.
