ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT II

Responsible for general grant billings, grant reporting, and accounts reconciliation. Assist the controller with training Accountant Assistant I in all aspects of Accounts Payable functions. Maintains current status of accounts and performs other duties in accordance with policies and procedures.  Familiarity with Abila MIP accounting software, preferred. Special consideration given to multicultural/multilingual candidates and those with a connection to the ahupuaʻa of Kalihi. ROJECT COORDINATOR I (FACILITIES CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATIONS)

Coordinates the constructions and renovations of KKV’s facilities that require careful coordination with KKV management, staff, multiple program leads, designers, accountants, and architects. The goal is to create a more functional, welcoming, community-appropriate, and culturally responsive space for patients, staff, and multiple programs. Click here to apply.
