COMMUNITY AFFAIRS LIAISON (HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAM) Full-time position as lead person in developing and sustaining a safe and nurturing environment that effectively supports the physical, mental, emotional, and social wellbeing of the high school students in Kalihi. This position is a part of the Youth Service’s Hoʻoulu I Ke Aloha program, stationed out of Farrington. Click here to apply. MEDICAL ASSISTANT - MAIN CLINIC Oversee the medical front and back area. Responsible for appointment scheduling, answering telephone calls, and helping patients. Assist all providers in providing high quality health care to all medical clients. LICNESED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER Provides screening and assessment for behavioral health issues including depression, anxiety, and alcohol and substance use for clients receiving Primary Health Care. Also provide, brief intervention, brief therapy, treatment, follow up and appropriate referral services. Function as a Care Manager for clients with behavioral health conditions, coordinate treatment referrals, and facilitating collaborative care from multidisciplinary team.
