WIC Services

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You may lose your WIC benefits and be required to repay benefits received if you abuse the WIC Program in any way, such as:

1.  providing false information to get WIC benefits;

2. enrolling a child not in your legal care;

3. enrolling in more than one WIC program at the same time;

4. buying or selling WIC checks or foods;

5. changing any information on the WIC check or ID folder;

6. exchanging WIC foods at the store for cash or non-WIC foods;

7. getting non-WIC foods with the WIC checks;

8. being abusive to the staff at the WIC clinic or the store.

 

 

*You must not exceed the following income guidelines:

After June 30, 2006, call for updated guidelines.
